A sign of respect

Signs of the Times trade magazine eulogizes Stockton electric sign wizard Chuck Barnard:

Here’s the column I did.By the way, the Sign of the Times article misidentifies Vegas Vickie, calling her Sassy Sally. It’s a common mistake because Sassy Sally’s casino was right next door. Barnard designed that sign, too.
