Move George Lucas’s museum to … Stockton!

Zocalo Public Square suggests “Star Wars” creator George Lucas give up trying to site his art museum in finicky, eternally haggling San Francisco and bring it to the Valley, where it would be appreciated and which is, after all, his home.

Modesto, his hometown, is the obvious choice. But, “Of course just up Highway 99, Stockton would also be an appropriate destination.”
