The very definition of lip service

Sure we do. That’s why the Westlands supported House Republicans’ Sacramento-San Joaquin Valley Water Reliability Act, which would “effectively countermand the Endangered Species Act and the California Constitution, halt restoration of the San Joaquin River and transfer the water south to Central Valley farmers.”

All hold hands for Mother Earth as the farmers of the Westlands sing Kumbaya.
