Well, lookee there. It’s Weber Point. ”The area around McLeod Lake is probably the lowest point, 10-12 ft.,” writes Mitch Adelson of the US Geological Survey.
That makes sense. Delta tides have a 9-foot swing. Weber Point is just above high tide.
City Hall stands at the low point. There’s probably a wisecrack in there somewhere.
