L.A. pundit: tunnel rationale is baloney

George Skelton of the L.A. Times said it in this column.

“Let’s be honest,” Skelton writes, “the real threat is not quakes. It’s judges who restrict water pumping to protect fish. As they should.”

If they’re singing that tune in L.A. the tunnel project is kaput.
