Turkey sightings

Jerry Yates, associate pastor at New Day Community Church of north Stockton, writes:

“After reading your story of the “Stockton Turkey”, I went to church … (near Alexandria and Hammer)  and what should be walking around the church parking lot but the ‘Stockton Turkey’.”

“I took these pictures of the wild turkey on Valentine’s morning on Clarane just off Pacific Ave. A week before that he was on my front lawn off of Lower Sac.”

Bird expert Bill Yee opined it’s probably a different turkey.
