Good riddance to San Joaquin’s most disgusting human being, Devon Epps. The piece of work who raped, tortured and killed his 35-year-old girlfriend, then lived with her rotting corpse for months.
I nominate Epps for Vacaville, with its intensive psychiatric unit.
The media reports that Epps showed no remorse at trial. On the contrary, he taunted his victim’s family. He blathered in repeated outbursts. In a parting shot, he wrote “F—- you” on his appeal form. Definitely not the first thing I’d want my appeals judge to see, especially after being sentenced to life. But that’s just me.
