Stockton’s worst degenerate

Is this disgusting and sadistic lunatic, Devon Omar Epps.

Police arrested Epps, 37, in 2011 after it was discovered he was living with the rotting corpse of his girlfriend. He had raped, tortured and killed her. Then he left her body in the bathtub for months while he went on living in their Channel Street apartment.

The face displays no intelligence, no hygiene and a bottomless pit where mores should be. If you ever wanted to see the absolute rock bottom of humanity, there it is.

Epps, who was just found guilty of murder by torture and a litany of other felonies, is awaiting a sanity hearing before lifelong incarceration in a padded cell. Perhaps my better angels should be lamenting the failure of the mental health system to help Epps. Frankly I’m just glad we’ll never have to look at his degenerate face again.
