Onward

For what it’s worth, I am satisfied by stories assigning responsibility to local officials for Stockton’s bankruptcy. I’m ready to move on.

The next phase of coverage, of course, will be the bankruptcy trial. Especially any new aspects, such as angling for a cramdown on bond principal. A post-mortem on the AB 506 process may also be in order.

But I strongly believe the proper response when life smacks you down is to pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get on with your live. We should all help our community to do the same.
