The Death Star of state water
State lawmakers have cobbled together three of the water package’s five components. They may agree on the rest today. They may not.
Rather than dwell on the legislation, instead let’s take a different approach, one that brushes aside Hannity and all the table-thumpers belittling the environmental aspect of the Delta crisis and looks at the real problem, the Death Star of state water: The Westlands Water District.
This is Valley Politics 101. If only Schwarzenegger had taken it.
