Bill Yee interrupts our nature moment
Reader Randy Berkman spotted Canada geese around Micke Grove Park. Enamored, he sent this photo,. apparently believing he had enjoyed a rare encounter with Nature’s awesome aviators as they touched down midway along some marathon migration.

Spelling "drat" isn’t rocket science
He misspells “drat” in his tweet. Jose Hernandez spelled it “drats.”
“It’s either ‘drat’ or ‘rats’,” objects one reader. “He obviously hasn’t read many comic books.”
Young Hernandez was probably devouring a tome on particle physics. Or perhaps, as one newsroom wit suggested, he intended more than one drat, so expressed it in the plural, like “Curses!” Or maybe [...]
