Joe Goldeen

Joe Goldeen has been with The Record since 1990. In 2002, he began covering the health-care beat. From time to time, he also writes about gasoline prices and other issues. He is a Northern California native, and his ties to Stockton go back to 1972 when he entered University of the Pacific. Four years later, he received his bachelors degree in political economy. While at Pacific, he was editor of The Pacifican student newspaper and also worked for KUOP-FM when it was operated by Pacific.
