Ernie’s General Store and Deli, 4407 E. Waterloo Road, just dropped prices on regular gas to $3.899 and “on the way downward,” owner Ernest Giannecchini said in an email. He joins Stockton’s Costco membership warehouse on Hammer Lane as the lowest-priced stations in the city, along with the nighttime pricing of $3.78 between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. at the 76 station, 2701 W. March Lane just west of I-5. ($3.89 and even lower can be found at a few stations elsewhere throughout San Joaquin County.)
