Today on the Stockton Police Department’s overnight media report, we get a few more details (in case you were wondering):
Weapons Arrest (1830), Park Street/Monroe Street, Civic District
Community Response Team officers responded to a disturbance at the call location involving a man with a gun. They located a subject who matched the description at Park/Baker and detained him. He was in possession of a concealed sawed-off and loaded rifle. Arrested: James Toney B/M/19 for weapon charges.
