Rally scheduled in support of Prop. 30

Supporters of Gov. Brown’s education tax proposition will rally at street corners in Stockton and Tracy tomorrow. Details are here. The election is Nov. 6.

Concern about Prop. 30′s chances for passage has been mounting recently as support seems to be dropping.
