The board continues to steam through the agenda, approving everything with no discussion.
At Item 7.1, Lowder was asked if he had any comments and he said, “I don’t think I dare.” Then he just said he hopes the district can continue its smooth progress.
Item 7.2, the board approved 7-0.
On Item 8.9, Kirk Nicholas presented.
He spoke about MAP (Measures of Academic Progress). He said problems with the program previously earned the district a significant price cut for a year. He said 8,000 students have gone through MAP testing and the district office is getting daily reports.
And, believe it or not, at 7:39 p.m., the meeting ended.
