The wall in the lobby at Stockton Unified world headquarters had a void this morning. Superintendent Carl Toliver’s mug was gone. Superintendent Steve Lowder’s mug was still being Photoshopped. But Lowder, we can confirm, was on the job today for his SUSD debut. (Photo by Calixtro Romias)
