Lowder may be starting really soon

SUSD schedules a special meeting for 3 p.m. tomorrow, which happens to be the final day for Carl Toliver as he heads off to retirement. Incoming Superintendent Steve Lowder is under contract to start July 1. But the board may not wait that long.
