Buy a pizza, support a family

If you’re hungry, don’t feel like cooking or just want to help a family in need, then stop by the Domino’s Pizza located at 402 East Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard any time before midnight tonight and place an order.

Thirty percent of the day’s sales will go to benefit the family of Micky Xiong, a delivery driver who was killed a week ago during a delivery.

The money raised will help pay for Xiong’s funeral costs. The 31-year-old leaves behind five children and a girlfriend as a result of the shooting.

Xiong died after two people approached him near his vehicle in the 300 block of South Sutter Street and shot him in the stomach around 11:15 p.m. on Oct. 6.

The Stockton Police Department is looking for two black males between the ages of 20 and 22 in connection with the shooting. The shooter is believed to be 6 feet tall with a thin build, and the second suspect is reportedly 5 feet 8 inches tall with a medium build.

No further descriptions or details are currently available.

Anyone with information on the shooting can call Stockton Crime Stoppers anonymously at (209) 946-0600. To order  a pizza at the Domino’s and support Xiong’s family, call (209) 464-0303.
