It’s little surprise that Stockton’s lead bankruptcy attorney Marc Levinson has been fielding calls from many other cities (he won’t say how many) calling to ask his advice. The Wall Street Journal did a Q&A with him. He says, among other things that Chapter 9 is the option only “when there are no other choices.”
