Occupy Stockton to attend

Word is that you can count on the meager group of Stockton’s 99-percenters – Stockupy – to speak up at the Council meeting tonight. We’ll see what they have to offer. They are expected to address the city’s crime plan and possibly home foreclosures, two of Stockton’s big issues.
