7:01 p.m.: Mayor Ann Johnston is introducing the Kevin O’Rourke contract. O’Rourke is not at City Hall. Johnston said O’Rourke has accepted the contract. The matter has been moved and approved. Ralph Lee White is being allowed to ask questions. Johnston is answering them. There being no substantial discussion, the contract is approved 7-0.
