Alan Pettet, who announced Monday he is forming Stockton Armed Militia, said this afternoon that 268 people have called to sign up.   He entertained the Associated Press the other day. National Public Radio and The Rush Limbaugh Show called, he said.   “This thing’s gone national,” he said.
