The city and its creditors are jointly asking that some of the communications from AB506 pre-bankruptcy mediation to come into play during the current mediation process in bankruptcy. That is according to the most recently filed motion.
Otherwise, there’s not much expected publicly from Stockton’s bankruptcy case until Jan. 8, when the parties will return to Judge Christopher Klein for a status conference and possibly to set a trial date on Stockton’s eligibility.
