Stockton hotel update

Wes Rhea, executive director of the Stockton Convention and Visitors Bureau, reported to the City Council tonight that hotel occupancy in Stockton for the first half of 2012 was up 10 percent. The hotels in that period have earned $16.7M, which is up by more than 15 percent, Rhea said.

“Tonight I bring good news,” he said.
