Stockton as poster child

Blogger Chriss W. Street of the website Big Government writes that Stockton could be the first California city to default on a redevelopment bond. In a post titled, The Municipal Bond Market is Implosing, Street says that the trend is that more muni bonds these days are being downgraded than upgraded. He uses Stockton and Fresno as the poster children.
