New lease at 400 E. Main

We noted in November that the city-owned Chase Bank Plaza downtown was losing some rent revenue.

The city is getting a little back. Last week City Hall struck a lease agreement with the CorVel Corp. to take over about 1,800-square-feet of seventh-floor space vacated when Verizon downsized its lease.

CorVel, which is the city’s workers compensation administrator, will pay $3,600 a month.
