Purchase price?

So the sale of the Lexington hotel downtown has been finalized, more than a year after it went on the market for $18.8 million. How much it actually sold for, however, is not yet known.

The deed filed with the San Joaquin County Recorder’s office does not disclose the transfer tax, which is assessed against the purchase price.

Reached this afternoon, Kevin Pasek, a senior associate with the Irvine-based Atlas Hospitality Group, which marketed the hotel, said he was not authorized to disclose the purchase price.

On Saturday, when the deal was announced, new owner Patrick K. Willis was out of the country and a family trust spokesman could not immediately provide the amount.
