We had a brief overview in today’s paper about Stockton’s Delta Water Supply Project, the city’s bid to tap drinking water from the Delta. The $217 million project is the city’s largest public works project (and, should be noted, is funded through bonds and not paid for out of the separate stormwater fund that is running out of money).

Anyway, thought it would be nice to include an artist’s rendering of what the facility will look like when it’s done.
