City attorney contract

Nearly three months after the City Council promoted him – and at the first council meeting after the elections – council members are poised to approve a contract with City Attorney John Luebberke on Tuesday.

The five-year contract (with automatic one-year renewal) pays him $205,000 annually in base salary.
