More from City Hall: Madison hurt removing equipment from a tractor, has hand in splint

6:58 p.m.:

Municipal Utilities Director Mark Madison is up to present a sewer plant / rate study measure, his right hand in a splint.

Madison, who had his leg broken by a horse not so many years ago, broke his thumb the day before Thanksgiving. He was unhooking a harrow from a tractor, he said, when it pitched his thumb, breaking it and requiring stitches.
