More from City Hall: In public comment …

Bobby Bivens, chairman of the local branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, was introduced this evening as Bobby Bivens Sr. His son, Bobby Bivens Jr., had spoken as part of presentation by the NAACP’s youth arm on HIV/AIDS.

Former City Council candidate Ramiro Reyes said he was assaulted and tortured by police officers.

There was, as has become standard, some talk about Johnny Ford.

It is 6:20 p.m., and public comment is done.
