The headhunter in City Hall’s recruitment for a city manager met this morning with 16 people (14 men and two women) picked by Mayor Ann Johnston and council members to say what they would like in a city manager. Frederico Navarro, nutrition manager at the Greater Stockton Emergency Food Bank.
