More from City Hall: Police talks failing

In negotiations between City Hall and the Stockton Police Officers Association, the City Council tonight rejected an offer the Stockton Police Officers Association characterized as its “last, best and final offer,” City Attorney Ren Nosky is reporting out of closed session. If no deal is had, City Manager Gordon Palmer would see defeated a budget proposal that was dependent on millions of dollars in police concessions.

No snoozer this, after all.
