Enviro docu drop

Just wanted to provide access to a couple of documents released by environmental groups this week.

First, here’s the complaint that the California Sportfishing Protection Alliance and AquAlliance filed against the feds on Wednesday, trying to stop a series of water transfers later this summer.

And second, the formal twin tunnels comments filed by the opposition Environmental Water Caucus. The comments are more than 250 pages, which tells you something about the complexity of the Bay Delta Conservation Plan. Here’s your cliff notes version of the comment letter: In the introduction, the first three adjectives the groups use to describe the project are “flawed,” “expensive” and “monstrous.”
