And here are the most interesting recent documents: First, Stockton East’s brief explaining why it is entitled to millions in damages; then the response from the feds saying Stockton East shouldn’t get a penny; then Stockton East’s perturbed reaction in which it asks for sanctions against the U.S. for misrepresenting the facts of the case; and finally, the last word from the U.S., arguing Stockton East is relying on “inaccurate accusations and self-righteous indignation.”
