We’ve discussed other uses for water hyacinth — how about art?
Hyacinth investigator Cynthia Shelton sends these images of her hyacinth heffalump, which she said got rave reviews at the Alternative Press Expo in San Francisco earlier this month.
“People wanted to touch it, sniff it, hold it, photograph it,” she wrote in an email. “… If I had somewhere to send and store what I make with hyacinth I would make a ton of stuff just to show it can be done.”
