A public draft of the Bay Delta Conservation Plan could be released in early October, Deputy Secretary for Natural Resources Jerry Meral said at a public meeting today.
Asked by an audience member the probability of meeting that goal, Meral said, “Medium. I’m not a seer. I would say it’s possible but with all things government, not certain. We’re hoping, but if it goes later it’ll go later.”
