Friday, June 22: 40th annual South Tower Race, hosted by the Stockton Sailing Club. Boats will depart at 11 a.m. adjacent to the clubhouse, 4980 Buckley Cove Way in Stockton. They sail all the way to the Golden Gate Bridge and back. More detailshere.

Saturday, June 23: Great American Backyard Campout at Oak Grove Regional Park. Hosted by Stockton REI. Free. Activities include geocaching, map and compass, how to ride a bike, how to fix a flat, crafts, solar cooking and night-sky viewing. More details here.
