County officials updated the Board of Supervisors today on the Bay Delta Conservation Plan, in light of the delay announced late last week.
Terry Dermody, San Joaquin’s retired county counsel (now serving as a special water attorney), told the board that locals are now “being listened to.”
“The message I want to give you is, while you may not be winning, you’re not losing anymore,” Dermody said.
