Sage advice for McCloud

Pacific senior guard Lorenzo McCloud said he received a call of congratulations last Saturday from his good friend, Houston Rockets all-star guard James Harden, following the Tigers’ win over UC Irvine in the Big West Conference Tournament championship game. Harden shared his wisdom with McCloud, who might keep his words in mind when Pacific plays Miami on Friday in the second round of the NCAA Tournament.

“I was getting deep in the last game, and then I was picking my dribble up and then looking for someone to pass to,” McCloud said. “He was just telling me sometimes you got to keep your dribble and attack all the way and just look for the big man when the other guy comes to help.”

Watch to see if McCloud attacks the basket all the way and scores or passes to the open man before picking up his dribble.
