Cal State Northridge at Pacific men (pregame)

THe Pacific men’s basketball team has reached a critical night in its season and could find itself in critical condition with a home loss to Cal State Northridge.

The Tigers wil look to halt a two-game losing streak and sweep the season series from the Matadors. Cal State Northridge has won four of six games since opening Big West play 0-6 and will have leading scorer Stephan Hicks back in the lineup tonight.

Pacific struggled against zone defenses in Cal Poly and UC Santa Barbara and will see a steady diet of matchup zone from coach Bobby Braswell’s Matadors tonight. Still, the Tigers should prevail in a close one 66-161.
