Holy Names at Pacific (tipoff)

The men’s basketball team is opening its 2012-13 season against Division II Holy Names in what should be an easy victory.

Pacific is wearing new orange uniforms as they look to improve upon an 11-19 finish last season.

Lorenzo McCloud and Sama Taku will look to rekindle the magic they shared at Santa Rosa College two seasons ago in Pacific’s backcourt. Coach Bob Thomason has talked about playing at a faster pace since August and this game should offer a glimpse into whether his team can execute that plan.
