Glenn Glissman, scout master of Lodi Troop 295, cuts a stripe off of a 25-foot by 15-foot flag which flew over the Bank of Stockton Quail Lakes Drive location, during Boy Scout Troop 10′s flag retirement ceremony in the parking lot of the Lincoln Center shopping mall in Stockton. Each stripe was cut off of the flag an burned individually as well as the filed of stars on blue. [CLIFFORD OTO/THE RECORD]
