Stockton firefighter Greg Mink gives a high five to sisters Gianna, 5, and Elena, 6, Layman along with their mother Connie Layman during an open house at Fire Station No. 7 on Hammer Lane in north Stockton. During the event the public was invited to meet local firefighters and other members of the department as well as taking a tour of the station, enjoy free hot dogs, learn to identify Safe and Sane fireworks, watch a “Jaws of Life” demonstration and visit community information exhibits.
