January was a quiet month, which was a good thing. Crime was down, and there wasn’t a single homicide in Stockton during the month, a welcome change from the record-shattering previous year. Hopefully January is a harbinger of things to come for the rest of the year. Here are 10 of my favorite photos for the first month of 2013.
