In 2008, street artist Shepard Fairey’s created a poster of then-presidential candidate Barack Obama. The iconic image, a stylized portrait of Obama done in solid tones of red, white and blue, became a pop culture phenomenon and soon the Obama camp used it as a part of their campaign strategy.

Now, at Paste Magazine’s Obamicon.Me, you can make a similar portrait to Fairey’s iconic creation. Just upload a photo to the site, play around with the controls to adjust the colors and you’re done. You can download your shot back to your own computer for you to keep. It’s your chance to become a little part of history.
