Blast from the past: H-E-double hockey sticks

This wasn’t shot while at work, but I thought it was a funny picture. Several years ago my wife and I, on vacation, were driving up I-5 to Oregon to visit her sister. We stopped for gas and a bite to eat in the town of Willows. A workman was taking down the sign at a nearby Shell gas station, not realizing by taking off the “S” first, what the rest of the sign would say as he continued working (in his defense, if he started with the last “L”, the sign would have read the same on the opposite side). It’s an example of being focused and not noticing the big picture around you.
