I have to say, this writer brings up an interesting phenomenon. I do know a few moms who are in their mid-30s and behaving similar to partying teenagers: out all night, getting cozy with their non-spouses, “experimenting” with drugs and other such behavior. Is it a form of escapism “reversion” or something deeper? The ones I know had families young and didn’t have the “college experience” so they feel like they can do it now — well, that’s their story and they are sticking to it.
