Keith Reid‘s story today on Viaggio winery is about a change in ownership. But it’s also about where the winery fits into to ongoing discussion over the county’s wine ordinance.

The proposed moratorium on permitting more events at wineries is scheduled to go before the county Planning Commission next Thursday.
